Ferry from Agia Marina (Aegina) to Spetses

This is the longest of the runs south from Agia Marina on Aegina, reaching Spetses in around an hour and a quarter to an hour and twenty minutes. Magic Sea Ferries operates it with the fast craft Magic 2, working down the Saronic chain with calls on the way. It is a passenger-only service.

Spetses sits off the Peloponnese coast and has an upmarket feel, with motor vehicles restricted in the old town and horse-drawn carriages still in use. Boats arrive at Dapia, the historic harbour, lined with grand old captains' houses and a landmark cannon battery. Beaches, sailing and the neoclassical architecture of Spetses Town are the main attractions, and it is a long-standing weekend destination for Athenians.
