The last known sailing on this route was on 10 September 2026.
No timetable beyond that date has been published yet. Greek operators often release the next season’s schedules only a few months ahead, so this can be a seasonal pause rather than the end of the route. Check whether it is currently available to book through Ferryscanner.
Agios Kirykos to Tilos is a long southbound run down the Dodecanese chain, taking around nine hours on Blue Star Ferries' Blue Star Patmos. The ship calls at several islands en route, so the day is broken up by port stops rather than being one unbroken open-water leg. Fares start around €34 for a deck ticket.
Ferries dock at Livadia, the main village on Tilos and the island's principal settlement. Tilos is one of the least developed islands in the Dodecanese, known for hiking trails, birdwatching and quiet beaches rather than resorts. The older inland settlement of Megalo Chorio is a short drive up from the harbour, along with the Charkadio cave and its fossilised dwarf-elephant finds.
The route runs roughly once a week, so dates matter more than usual here. Current departures and fares are shown in the table below. Rhodes and Kos both have more regular links to Tilos if the direct sailing does not line up.
