Agios Stefanos to Othoni takes about an hour and a half on the Bamos with Crystal Ferries. The route runs northwest from Corfu out to the furthest of the Diapontia islands, usually calling at the others along the way. This is open Ionian water and the boat is small, so it is very much weather-dependent.
Othoni is the westernmost inhabited point in Greece, thinly settled with a few villages and very little development. Boats come in at Ammos, the main port, a small fishing harbour with tavernas along the front. Facilities are basic and accommodation limited, so book before you sail.
The link runs a handful of times a week and largely in the summer months; the current timetable and fares are shown below. Agios Stefanos itself is a fair drive from Corfu Town and the airport, so allow time at either end.
