Turn-up-and-go car ferry, every day of the year
Car ferries cross every 20–30 minutes in summer and every 30–60 minutes in winter. The crossing takes about 7 minutes. In summer boats run until about 3 a.m.; in winter the last boat is around 23:30. If a ferry is waiting at the quay, ask straight away whether you can board.
- Tickets: Pay on board, by cash or card. No booking is needed or possible.
- Fares: Adult about €1.50; car about €7.30 (2026).
- Operator: Antiparos-Paros Lines
A separate passenger boat runs between Parikia, the main port of Paros, and Antiparos (about 30 minutes) from spring to October.

Antiparos to Pounda is the shuttle across the narrow strait to Paros, timetabled at ten to twenty minutes depending on conditions and the boat on duty. Antiparos-Paros Lines runs small open landing-craft style ferries that take cars, bikes and foot passengers, loading and unloading straight off the ramp. It is a short, practical crossing rather than a scenic voyage, though the view back to the Antiparos waterfront is a good one.
Pounda is not a town. It is a functional ferry point on the west coast of Paros with a quay, a car park and little else, existing almost entirely to serve this crossing. Buses and taxis meet the boats for the run into Parikia or across to Naoussa, and drivers simply carry on up the road.
This is one of the most frequent services in Greece, running back and forth many times a day from early morning until late, with reduced hours in winter. Tickets are normally bought at the quayside rather than online, and there is rarely any need to book ahead.
