Corfu to Brindisi is the shortest of the Greece to Italy crossings, run by Grimaldi Lines and taking around five and a half hours. Fares start around €30, and the ships carry vehicles as well as foot passengers. Being a daytime-length passage, it can be done without a cabin, though the ferry usually forms part of a longer sailing that has come up from Igoumenitsa.

Brindisi is a working port city in Puglia, historically the end point of the Roman Appian Way, and the columns marking that end still stand near the waterfront. It is a modest place rather than a showpiece, but it has long been the natural landing point for anyone crossing from Greece. Trains run north up the Adriatic coast and west across to Taranto and Naples.

Sailings run a few times a week in season rather than daily. The current timetable and fares are shown below. Bari and Ancona are the other options from Corfu, both longer at sea but more frequent, and all three services also call at Igoumenitsa on the mainland.
