Erikoussa to Mathraki takes roughly 35 minutes to an hour and a quarter on the Evdokia, the difference depending on the order in which the boat works round the islands. Both are Diapontia islands northwest of Corfu, and the hop between them is a short one. It is a small vessel on open water.
