These are the sailings we recorded on this route from October 2025 to September 2026. They show what ran then, not a forecast: timetables change from year to year.

Milos to Koufonissi is a long east-west run across the Cyclades, operated by Seajets with the Superjet and Super Jet 2 at close to five hours. The high-speed boats work their way through the central islands before reaching the Small Cyclades, so the crossing takes in a good stretch of the Aegean rather than heading straight across. It is a full half-day at sea, and worth timing so you arrive with daylight left.

Koufonissi, properly Ano Koufonissi, is a small island near Naxos and part of the Small Cyclades group with Schinoussa, Iraklia and Donousa. The harbour sits right at the edge of the compact main village, so there is no transfer to speak of; you step off the boat and you are essentially in town. Travellers come for the turquoise-water beaches at Pori and Fanos and a small-scale feel that survives the summer crowds.

The service runs roughly daily in the high season and disappears outside it, so it is very much a summer route. Current sailings and fares are shown below. Once on Koufonissi, small local boats and the Small Cyclades ferries make it easy to move on to Naxos or the neighbouring islets.
