The Mykonos to Sifnos ferry is a satisfying crossing that takes you from one of the Cyclades’ most celebrated islands to one of its most quietly rewarding. Sifnos sits to the south-west of Mykonos, and the sea between them is classic Aegean — open, blue, and often breezy. The route runs from March through to November, giving you a long window to make the journey.

For most of the season you can count on a single daily sailing, so it pays to book ahead and confirm your departure time before you arrive at the port. One ferry a day means the sailing fills up quickly in July and August.
