Paros to Anafi Ferry

Useful Resources for Your Greek Island Trip

The last known sailing on this route was on 30 August 2026.

No timetable beyond that date has been published yet. Greek operators often release the next season’s schedules only a few months ahead, so this can be a seasonal pause rather than the end of the route. Check whether it is currently available to book through Ferryscanner.

Historically, this route ran about 0.3 sailings a day in August 2025, about 0.3 sailings a day in July 2026, about 0.4 sailings a day in August 2026.

Paros to Anafi is a long conventional crossing of around five and a half hours on the Blue Star 1, working the line that continues east beyond Santorini. It is a multi-stop sailing rather than a direct run, so expect calls at other islands along the way. The Blue Star 1 is a large ferry with lounges, deck space and a canteen, which makes the length manageable.

Anafi is a small, remote island east of Santorini and one of the least touristed in the Cyclades. The port village of Agios Nikolaos sits below the hilltop Chora, with a bus or a walk up connecting the two. Travellers come for empty beaches, isolation, and the walk out to the Monastery of Kalamiotissa perched on a dramatic rock summit at the eastern end of the island.

The service runs only twice a fortnight or so, and connections to Anafi are limited generally. Current departure times and fares are listed in the timetable below. Many travellers reach Anafi via Santorini instead, which has more frequent links, so it is worth comparing the two approaches.
