These are the sailings we recorded on this route from October 2025 to September 2026. They show what ran then, not a forecast: timetables change from year to year.

This is a long haul down the Dodecanese chain, from Patmos in the north to the small, quiet island of Tilos between Nisyros and Rhodes. The Dodekanisos Express catamaran does it in a little over three hours, while the Blue Star Patmos, calling at several islands en route, takes closer to six and a half. Either way it is a proper island-hopping leg rather than a quick transfer.

Ferries dock at Livadia, the island's main village, set on a bay with tavernas and rooms within walking distance of the quay. Tilos is one of the least developed islands in the Dodecanese and trades on that: marked hiking trails, birdlife, quiet beaches, and the Charkadio cave where fossilised dwarf elephants were found. The older inland settlement of Megalo Chorio sits up the hill, but Livadia is where you arrive and where most people stay.

The route is thin, running only a handful of times a fortnight, so it needs planning around rather than assuming. Current sailings, operator and fares for your dates are in the table below. If the direct crossing does not line up, Kos and Rhodes both have better-connected links onward to Tilos.
