These are the sailings we recorded on this route from October 2025 to September 2026. They show what ran then, not a forecast: timetables change from year to year.

Pythagorio to Kusadasi is an international crossing between Samos and the Turkish mainland, operated by Meander Travel on the Kusadasi Express. The trip takes about an hour and a half. Because this is a border crossing you will need your passport, and check-in closes well before departure, so allow extra time at the harbour.

Kusadasi is an Aegean resort and cruise town on Turkey's west coast near Izmir, with a marina and cruise terminal at the harbour and the small Guvercinada, or Pigeon Island, castle just off the waterfront. Most travellers arriving here are heading for ancient Ephesus, which is a short drive inland and one of the best-preserved classical cities in the Mediterranean. Beyond that it is beaches and resort tourism rather than traditional Aegean village life.

The service runs roughly daily in season, and drops back sharply in winter.Current departures and prices are shown below. Note that most Samos to Turkey traffic goes from Vathy rather than Pythagorio, so compare both if the timings do not suit.
