Pythagorio to Rhodes Ferry

Useful Resources for Your Greek Island Trip

The last known sailing on this route was on 26 October 2026.

No timetable beyond that date has been published yet. Greek operators often release the next season’s schedules only a few months ahead, so this can be a seasonal pause rather than the end of the route. Check whether it is currently available to book through Ferryscanner.

Historically, this route ran about 0.2 sailings a day in August 2026.

Pythagorio to Rhodes is the full length of the Dodekanisos Seaways line, sailed by the Dodekanisos Pride in around ten hours. The catamaran calls at most of the Dodecanese on the way down, so this is a long day of island-hopping in one ticket rather than a direct dash. It is worth stocking up on food and water before boarding.

Rhodes is the largest island of the Dodecanese and a major destination in its own right. The medieval Old Town, built by the Knights of St John and listed by UNESCO, is a short walk from the harbour, and Mandraki, the old port, is the one associated with the legendary Colossus. Beyond the town there are long beaches, resorts and the inland villages of the island's south.

This full-length run operates only a couple of times a fortnight, so it needs planning; fares start around €62. Current sailing days, durations and prices are listed below. Rhodes is a hub with links to the rest of the Dodecanese, to Crete, to Piraeus and to Turkey, plus an international airport.
