Sifnos to Koufonissi is a Seajets high-speed run on the Superjet or Super Jet 2, taking about four hours. The boats cross east from the western Cyclades through the central islands before reaching the Small Cyclades, so the journey covers a fair sweep of the Aegean with several calls along the way.

Koufonissi, properly Ano Koufonissi, is a small island near Naxos, part of the Small Cyclades group with Schinoussa, Iraklia and Donousa. The port sits at the edge of the compact main village, so there is no transfer to arrange; the harbour and the town are effectively the same place. Travellers come for the turquoise-water beaches at Pori and Fanos and the island's small scale.

The route operates roughly daily in high summer and not at all outside the season. Current departures and fares are shown below. From Koufonissi the Small Cyclades ferries and local boats make it easy to reach Naxos or the neighbouring islets.
