Symi to Agia Marina on Leros takes just under three hours on the Dodekanisos Express, the Dodekanisos Seaways catamaran that works its way up the Dodecanese. It is a fast craft with airline-style seating rather than a conventional ferry, and it calls at a couple of islands on the way north. That makes it one of the quicker links between the southern and northern Dodecanese.
