The Tilos to Fourni crossing is a long single leg of the Blue Star Ferries northbound service, run by the Blue Star Patmos. It takes around eight hours, taking in intermediate island calls on the way up through the Dodecanese and into the eastern Aegean. As a conventional ferry there is no rush about it, with a restaurant, lounges and open deck to see out the day.

Fourni, properly Fourni Korseon, is a small archipelago between Ikaria and Samos with one of the largest fishing fleets in Greece for its size. The main port town, also called Fourni, sits in a sheltered bay with tavernas along the harbour front, and the island is known for fresh seafood, quiet beaches and a slow, undeveloped feel. Archaeologists have found a notable concentration of ancient wrecks in the waters around the islands.

Sailings on this pairing are sparse, around once a week, and heavily seasonal. The current timetable and fares are shown in the table below, with deck fares starting around €22. Fourni's onward links are mostly to Ikaria and Samos, so it fits best as a stop on a longer north-south run rather than as an out-and-back trip.
