Ferry from Aegina to Mylos (Agistri)

The run from Aegina across to Mylos on Agistri takes about ten minutes on the Hellenic Seaways high-speed catamarans, the Aero 2 and Aero 3. It forms the tail end of their Piraeus service, so the boat is usually already loaded with people who joined at Athens. These are passenger-only craft, with no vehicle deck.

Aegina is a popular day trip from Piraeus, and frequent buses run from the port in Aegina Town to Agia Marina, Perdika and the Temple of Aphaia, though services thin out to around five a day. Aegina Town itself is easily walkable.
