These are the sailings we recorded on this route from November 2025 to October 2026. They show what ran then, not a forecast: timetables change from year to year.

Ios to Sifnos is a longer westward crossing, taking from around three and a quarter hours on the Seajets Olympic Champion Jet up to nearly four on the Fast Ferries Dionisios Solomos. Both routings work their way across the Cyclades with calls on the way, so it is a sit-down journey rather than a hop.

Sifnos is a laid-back island with a strong culinary and pottery tradition, better known for food and walking than nightlife. Ferries arrive at Kamares on the west coast, a sheltered bay with a small sandy beach right by the dock. The island capital, Apollonia, sits inland on a ridge and is a short bus ride up from the port, with hiking trails linking it to Kastro and Artemonas.

The route runs roughly once a day at the height of summer and only a few times a week either side of it. Current departures and fares are shown in the table below. Sifnos also has frequent links to Piraeus, Milos and Serifos, which are usually the easier connections if this sailing does not suit.
