Car ferries cross between Perama on the Megara coast and Faneromeni on Salamina’s north-west tip every 30 to 60 minutes: from about 05:30 to 23:00 on weekdays, to 22:00 on Saturdays, and from 07:15 on Sundays. The crossing takes about 10 minutes.
- Tickets: Buy your ticket at the port ticket office. There is no advance booking.
This is not the main Salamina ferry. That one runs from Perama on the Piraeus side to Paloukia, every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day.
