Historically, this route ran about 0.3 sailings a day in August 2026, about 0.3 sailings a day in September 2026.

Kamari, at the Kefalos end of Kos, to Tilos takes around two to two and a half hours on the Panagia Evagelistria, operated by Star Gem Maritime. It is a small conventional boat working the local corner of the Dodecanese, and it usually calls at Nisyros on the way. The crossing runs through the volcanic islands south of Kos.

Ferries dock at Livadia, the main village on Tilos and where most of the island's rooms and tavernas are found. Tilos is one of the least developed islands in the group, with a strong eco-conscious reputation, good hiking trails, birdlife and quiet beaches. The Charkadio cave and its fossilised dwarf elephant remains are its best-known oddity.

The service runs a couple of times a week in season, so it is worth planning both directions. Current sailings and fares are shown in the table below. Tilos also has regular links with Rhodes and with Kos Town, which give useful alternatives.
