Naxos to Egiali is the run out to the northern end of Amorgos, and how long it takes depends entirely on which boat you catch. The Scopelitis is a small local boat with a loyal following, and it is a proper island-hopping experience rather than a quick transfer.

Egiali is a relaxed, beach-oriented village on Amorgos's north coast, quieter and less built up than Katapola further south.
