Paros to Egiali Route Map
Paros to Egiali on northern Amorgos takes a little over three hours on the Blue Star Naxos, the conventional ferry that works the Small Cyclades line east. It normally calls at Naxos and some of the smaller islands on the way, so the journey is broken into stages. Vehicles are carried and there is plenty of deck to sit out on in decent weather.
Egiali is the quieter of Amorgos's two ports, a relaxed village at the northern end of the island in a bay ringed by hills. The traditional villages of Tholaria and Langada sit on the slopes above and are linked to the port by walking trails.
